Over the two-week period, we will have theme days built around ideas that can inspire your book selection and spark conversations about the power of reading.
Prizes are available for reaching certain milestones, and top readers will earn a collection of specially curated books and Edmonton Public Schools Foundation swag! Prizes will be awarded for:
Complete three (3) books and earn a Edmonton Public Schools Foundation magnetic bookmark.
Complete six (6) books and earn a Edmonton Public Schools Foundation magnetic bookmark and a stationary package, developed with our students’ art!
Suggested ages 4-8
Complete 25 or more books and earn an Edmonton Public Schools Foundation magnetic bookmark.
Suggested ages 9-12
Complete 5 or more books and earn an Edmonton Public Schools Foundation magnetic bookmark.
All team reading challenge goals are cumulative; each team member’s reading progress counts toward the team’s reading total.
Adult teams complete 15 books and earn a Edmonton Public Schools Foundation magnetic bookmark.
Young Reader teams complete 30 books and earn a Edmonton Public Schools Foundation magnetic bookmark.
